Miramar FL, November 11, 2024 – The VM Building Society – Florida Representative Office is pleased to announce the continuation of its highly successful “Bank on the Move” (BOM) outreach series, bringing essential financial services to the Ocala community. This November, the VM team will be available to assist both members and new clients with accessing and understanding the full suite of financial products and services available to them through the VM Building Society a member of the VM Group.

During these sessions, representatives from the VM Florida Office will be on hand to provide information and personalized assistance on a range of products tailored to meet the needs of the Jamaican diaspora. Services include guidance on savings accounts, mortgage options for home purchases in Jamaica, retirement planning, and other financial solutions. The BOM program continues to be a valuable link between VM and its members, giving the Jamaican community convenient and direct access to banking services right in their neighborhoods.
Suzette Rochester Lloyd, Chief Representative Officer at the VM Florida Representative Office, expressed excitement about bringing BOM to Ocala. “We’re committed to making financial services accessible for the Jamaican diaspora, and BOM events allow us to connect in person, and provide information to members in the community, on how to open an account, purchase property, or save for future goals.
