VM Group Yaad & Beyond Financial Link Up Comes to DMV

Jamaican Diaspora invited to explore homeownership, investing, entrepreneurship and wealth creation at October 31 event in Maryland

VM Group is expanding its Yaad & Beyond Diaspora Engagement Series to the Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia (DMV) region, bringing financial expertise and wealth-building opportunities to Jamaicans and friends of Jamaica living in the United States.

With support from the Embassy of Jamaica in Washington, D.C., VM Group will host the Yaad & Beyond: The VM Group Financial Link Up – DMV Edition on Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Building on the momentum of its inaugural Financial Link Up event in Georgia, the initiative aims to strengthen connections with the Jamaican Diaspora while providing practical financial information, expert guidance and access to solutions that can help individuals and families achieve their financial goals.

Expert Advice on Homeownership, Investing and Building Wealth

The interactive event will bring together members of the Jamaican Diaspora, professionals, entrepreneurs, business owners, community leaders, prospective homeowners and investors for conversations about financial planning, business development and long-term wealth creation.
