New York, NY – July 15, 2024 – Buju Banton, the legendary Grammy award-winning reggae artist, is set to embark on his inaugural US arena tour titled “The Overcomer.” This announcement follows the immense success of two sold-out shows at the prestigious UBS Arena in Long Island, New York, where over 36,000 fans were captivated by his electrifying performance.

The Overcomer Tour promises to be a historic event, featuring the renowned Shiloh Band and special guest artist Fridayy. The Haitian American singer, songwriter, and record producer has earned acclaim for hits such as “When It Comes To You,” “Stand By Me,” “Without You,” and his Grammy-nominated song “God Did” by DJ Khaled featuring Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, Jay-Z, and John Legend.

Buju Banton’s manager, Joseph Budafuco, expressed immense pride in Banton’s achievements, highlighting the significance of his return to the US stage after a 15-year hiatus. This monumental tour underscores Banton’s continued influence in the music industry and his status as a reggae trailblazer.
