Miramar, FL – Get ready for the return of Rhythms of Africa, the much-anticipated annual musical journey celebrating vibrant African cultures fused with the rhythms of the Caribbean and the Americas. Directed by renowned Reggae Ambassador Willie Stewart, this year’s concert promises to be a mesmerizing experience under the theme “Strength of a Woman,” coinciding with Women’s Month in March. The event aims to honor the remarkable contributions of female icons from the Caribbean and beyond to the world of music.

The concert will take place at the Miramar Cultural Center, located at 2400 Civic Center Place, Miramar, FL, on Saturday, March 16, at 7 pm and Sunday, March 17, at 5 pm. Directed by Reggae Ambassador Willie Stewart, the event will feature special guest appearances by Etana and Alison Hinds, accompanied by narration from Kamila McDonald and vocals by her daughter, Kailani Belle.

Presented by the Embrace Music Foundation, with the generous support of the City of Miramar and hosted by Mayor Wayne Messam, Rhythms of Africa promises an enchanting experience that celebrates the empowering spirit of women through the universal language of music.
